How Do I Place A Charitable Contribution Request?
Please click on Order Form in the navigation menu, download and complete the order form, and email it to 57and6designs@gmail.com. Upon receipt, Barbara will contact you to discuss details and any questions.
Payment and Shipping
Because 57&6th Designs is dedicated exclusively to making donations for charitable purposes, no payment for products or services is required.
In exchange for jewelry pieces donated to a non-profit organization, the organization is responsible for providing an acknowledgement of the donation in writing in an amount equal to the sale of the donated jewelry pieces to 57&6th Designs within thirty (30) days following the conclusion of the event or sale of the donated pieces.

This acknowledgement is used by 57&6th Designs for tax deduction purposes.
In exchange for custom orders (gifts, etc.), payments will be directed to non-profit organizations designated by 57&6th Designs. In these cases, upon receipt of the payment, the designated non-profit organization will provide 57&6th Designs with an acknowledgement in the amount of the donation. This acknowledgement is used by 57&6th Designs for tax deduction purposes.
As a general rule, 57&6th Designs will cover shipping costs. Shipping costs for items that are exchanged or returned are the responsibility of the sender.

57&6th Designs is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Every jewelry piece comes with a lifetime guarantee. For custom orders, Barbara will work with the customer to the maximum extent possible to achieve the customer's desired look and feel for each piece. And, if anything ever goes wrong, Barbara will either repair or replace the item at no charge. Of course, neither Barbara or 57&6th Designs is responsible for lost or stolen items or items that are damaged due to carelessness, acts of nature, and the like.
