57&6th Designs is a New York City-based boutique jewelry studio dedicated exclusively to fundraising for non-profit organizations, including health care, social services, and education.

 

57&6th Designs donates individually handcrafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces--necklaces, earrings, and bracelets, either individually or in sets--to tax exempt, charitable organizations for their use in events such as silent auctions and raffles. Customized pieces may also be ordered for gifts or special occasions (i.e., birthdays, anniversaries, weddings) with payment directed to charitable organizations designated by 57&6th Designs.

 

57&6th Designs will also repair, re-string, re-size, or perhaps even re-design those favorite,  treasured, or heirloom pieces with payment again directed to charitable organizations designated by 57th&6th Designs,

 

Each piece consists of high quality beads or gemstones that are often coupled with accents that add a distinctive flair or touch of sparkle. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of 57&6th Designs' jewelry are committed to charitable organizations. Pieces typically sell for $75-$250 and, thus, are often ideal for mid-range silent auction, raffle or gift items.

 

57&6th Designs' founder Barbara A. Green, Ph.D., lives and works in midtown Manhattan and jewelry-making is one of her favorite pastimes. 57&6th Designs offers a way for Barbara to channel her interest in the art and craft of jewelry-making toward the support of worthy causes.
